PG Family Foundation was officially incorporated as The Jonathan Plutzik and Lesley Goldwasser Family Foundation in the State of NY. The Foundation is a designated  charitable entity as described in U.S. Tax Code Section 501(c)(3) with the NTEE  classification T22 in the following category: Philanthropy, Voluntarism and Grantmaking Foundations: Private Independent Foundations, with EIN 710927327. 

The PG Family Foundation supports a wide range of programs, with a particular focus on education, African relief, community building, Jewish communal causes, and the arts (with a special interest in literature and poetry).

Zara's Center

 

The PG Family Foundation provides ongoing administrative and fiscal support for Zara's Center for AIDS-Impacted Youth. Zara's is an after-school safe haven for AIDS orphans and other vulnerable children in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Zara's Provides nourishment, academic enrichment, medical care, work training, recreation, and artistic development to over 120 children in the Emganwini Township.
